  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Product name and quantity

  • Reason for the return

Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process above. New orders will be shipped after we receive the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
